The Drug Free Generation is a non-profit organization dedicated to prevent the onset of addiction in children.  The concept of an essential educational curriculum along with media messaging that would generate a Drug Free Generation is an idea envisioned by Humphrey L. Moore, who is a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor.  During Humphrey’s tenure as a substance abuse counselor for Child Protection Services (CPS), he noticed that there was scarcely any resources or activities dedicated to preventative measures to dissuade children from future drug use.  Humphrey saw this oversight as a discrepancy in the addiction process, and so the idea of an effectual curriculum along with media messaging as a preventative tool came into being.
